A consumer movement · not a company

Is customer
service dead?

Endless holds. Chatbots that loop. “Your call is important to us” — then a click. We’ve all felt it: the people who are supposed to help have vanished. Companies decided good service costs too much. The only people who can change that is us.

Why this exists

It’s not you. It was designed this way.

Support got moved offshore, then to a script, then to a bot. Phone trees got longer on purpose. “Contact us” got buried three menus deep. None of that is an accident — it’s a budget decision, made because companies bet you’d give up. BetterServiceNow exists to prove that bet wrong: put the experiences in one place, rate the companies out loud, and make good service the cheaper option again.
